They have very good sound quality and I would, and have, recommended them to family and friends. I would not think twice about getting another pair for other locations within the house. I use them connected to a laptop to stream Pandora during the day while I work(on low volume) and switch to iTunes when I need to crank them up for listening after work.

The 10x42 roof prism binocular renders crisp, contrasty images at the remarkably near focus of 5.5 ft -- the reason I purchased it. My backyard has fully developed as a haven for birds and butterflies, from all of which I get great enjoyment, now that I do not have to settle for a 20' + nearest focus to see them in great detail. It is a trifle heavy, but I chose the higher magnification to benefit my 77-year-old eyes. BTW, the eye relief is also pretty good so I can use my glasses. I am very satisfied.

[Steel] The product was exactly what I ordered but the two months to receive it was a little over the top! I rated it a five star only because the product was as advertised and had no reflection on the two month delay for back ordering.

[46 x 18.5 x 4"] Reasonably compact, when folded up, for the weight its rated for. Fold down rear wheels for top heavy loads are a life saver.

[58 mm (Front)] B&H is a reliable business, top rated for a reason! I can't afford to pay for a new lens like this. I also can't afford to lose my money purchasing a too good to be true deal. I can trust B&H and their refurbished items... thankful my favorite camera shop allows me the opportunity to enjoy high quality items at a price I can afford!
