[5 x 5 or 6 x 6] This is the best bang for the buck that I have found when it comes to mounting a digiplate to a solid rolling stand. For me, a laptop stand is now as essential as the tripod is to the camera. You can always mount your digiplate to another tripod but this is less likely to get accidentally kicked and knocked over. This stand is built like a tank, yet still portable. 5 |

[Aluminum] I wanted a platform for my laptop when tethered to my camera for shooting. The Oben platform has a mount that has attachments for a light stand, 3/8 and 1/4 threads for a tripod and an Arca Swiss mount for an Arca Swiss quick release mount. This is a very sturdy laptop platform and is large enough for a laptop. Other brands are not large enough for a laptop and aren't as sturdy. This platform is very sturdy and holds my laptop great. It can easily be moved from my tripod to a light stand. B&H has a good price and this one is just as good as the more expensive ones. I'm glad with my purchase. 5 |
