Tripod With Ball Head

[Black / Silver] I gave this Ball Head a perfect score.  I purchased one for my Induro tripod CL 403 Series. So far I am very satisfied with the quality overall finish and the knobs are very simple to dial in.  Was also looking at the really right stuff products.  Why spend the few hundred of dollars more. This does just the same as the really right stuff.   I have owned many Ball Heads from top manufacturer.      KLM,  Gitzo, Novoflex ball 5 II .  Problem I was having when tilted to the side I was hitting the knobs on the other ball heads. And need further adjustment, By then the subject was gone, or missed the shot completely.    I purchased a second Leofoto LH 55 for my second tripod as well.  I could not be any happier... And saved few hundred bucks...     John Joulakian

[Carbon Fiber] I bought this to use with a Peak Design tripod with the Universal Head adapter, since I wanted to do pans, and the stock PD head doesn't have a panning capability. Panning axis has just the right amount of resistance, and the large knob locks the ball securely for my DSLR with a 200mm. I didn't miss/don't see the need for a separate friction control on a ball this size. Great compact travel head.

[Arca-Type] have a Benro Ball Head on my Carbon Fiber tripod. This Quick Release plate works well with their Ball Head. The mounting screw is the standard 1/4 20 slotted screw type, with a tightening ring and a hex head socket. A hex head wrench that fits the hex head screw for extra tension is included, along with a thread protector for the mounting screw. It does say it's compatible with Arca mount but I had to remove the two anti slip hex-screws for a proper fit on my Giotto Head.

[3.05 lb] This Kupo Baby Ball Head Adapter makes my work easier when transporting lighting and camera gear to a photo assignment. My Gitzo tripod with Gitzo Telescopic Center Column and Arca Swiss d4 tripod head is heavy to move from point A to Z and back to A on location. I can bring 3 light stands of varying load capacities on location. Use any one of the stands as a tripod with a medium weight tripod ball head and I am good.

[Ball Head] best ball head ever if you ask me

[1x 1/4"-20 Male] Great Tripod and Ball Head mount. Very sturdy construction and easy to use. Watch your fingers when retracting the legs to pack up the tripod, of course this goes for all tripods not just this one. User error on that part. Light weight and compact This mount and tripod are of good quality and solid construction. The ball head has smooth motion and is easy to adjust. Holds my DSLR with attached lens very nice.

[Black] I recently purchased the Sirui-1204 Carbon Fiber Tripod due to the recommendations at B&H. I also bought at that time the Sirui K-10 ball head for the tripod but Sirui gives you a short extension for using very low angle and one of the legs from the tripod unscrews to become a very light weight monopod so I got the G-10X ball head because of its size. What a bargain. Locks down tight and very able to hold a Nikon D-7100 with Nikon 200mm f4 Macro on a Kirk Focus Rail with R1C1 kit attached. I am very impressed that at the low price for this ball head it even has a tension adjustment.I mostly use Manfrotto tripods because over the years they have never failed me even under the Bogen name. If you have to spend $ for a carbon fiber tripod with a famous name go ahead but investigate this line of first. I was very glad I listened to several of the reviewers at B&H.

[Yes] Well made tripod and the ball head makes for quick adjustment. I would definitely recommend this product.
