[Aluminum] This ethernet hub used along with a good powered USB 3.0 hub is a cheaper and is better solution than the $200 docking station that Microsoft sells for their Surface Pros. Half the price and with large hub you can get 10 USB ports instead of only the 2 ports that Microsoft is offering. It's worth it.. 5 |

[5 V / 2 A] This single-purpose adapter may be more reliable than an Ethernet port combined into a multipurpose USB hub. Still, with all such adapters, you may sometimes need to unplug and re-insert the USB hookup. TP-Link also has a USB-C version; I've purchased many of both types. 5 |

The USB-C to Ethernet + Charging adapter charges your connected device while also providing an ethernet connection, so no need for multiple connectors. I have been using this on my Android phone and my laptop, both devices have a USB-C port and my Belkin adapter worked great on both devices. It provided an adequate charge and a stable internet connection without any issues. The adapter was immediately recognized by both devices and there was no need to install any software to make the adapter work. The adapter is also small and portable enough to carry with you anywhere you go. I would highly recommend this adapter to anyone looking for an ethernet + charging adapter. 5 |
