[16] Once you get into the unifi ecosystem, you really feel the need to always get more or improve. I purchased this AP as it is replacing an older Unifi AP-AC-LR from 2017. My home is on 3/4 an acre and with a ranch on a basement close to 5000 sq. FT finished. Over time, I have positioned multiple AP's in the house over the last few years.. (Currently 5, (1) UDM, (1) AP-AC-MESH , (2)AP-AC-PRO-6, and now this U6-Mesh. I really like this form factor, it very tiny (It looks like the size of a small Starbucks coffee/espresso can, or a white claw adult beverage.) A interesting difference with this one, is it looks like they put a color LED in the device so you can switch the color's to the output you desire.. (If your into that kind of thing.) With over 60+ clients dispersed thru out.. (Keep in mind, please wire what can be wired first, as wired will always be king.) The system is very stable.. I would buy another as my equipment gets refreshed over time. Once your in the Unifi system you really love the flexibility and stability.

[Layer 3] This was my first time shopping with B&H. Only good things to say. For a price below MSRP, I was able to get this switch when it wasn't in stock on the UniFi website! Packed with care. Has been functioning well for past few weeks of use w/ 2 2.5GB access points 10GB RJ45 connection. Will definitely be buying again from B&H.

[8] I bought the express router on a whim and was rather dismayed when I found out it only had one lan port. This switch allowed me to wire up the few devices I needed like my camera security system, my synology NAS and my main desktop PC. I didn't need more than those few devices wired up. the price point was great and I love how it integrates seamlessly into the Unifi ecosystem allowing me to expose some of the NAS features to the internet to allow for simple file sharing web hosting with a dynamic DNS etc. If I had to find a negative I would say I was surprised it didn't come with an Ethernet cable so be sure to add a good cat6 cable to your order, I had to run out to get one. No big deal. Another minor flaw is that the power cable is wired on the opposite side of the network cables which makes sense for racks but not for smaller devices like this. Again really not a big deal, just something to be aware if you plan to install it in a tight space. Overall great value for the price especially if you already have a Unifi network controller.
