[Lead-Acid] Worked as expected: I turned it on, connected the USB cable to Synology NAS, which instantly recognized it. After charging the battery, I unplugged it from the power outlet and all my devices (network gear + Synology NAS) continued to work. Synology software correctly detected "safe mode" and shut itself down after 10 minutes. The network router and modem can go on for way over an hour, so a power outage won't leave me without Internet for quite some time. 5 |

[150 W] This little device is easy to use and has great clean sound. Plugged it into tone bridge to practice and was set to go! Built on a metal case it’s study. Not too happy about the middle button as it’s rubbery and doesn’t provide good feedback but not a big deal. Wish it had a USB-C instead of micro USB and could have used another amp output rather than just a headphone jack. 5 |

[Single-Mode] We use this WR841 as an Access Point to connect wireless to a second WR841 with DD WRT configured as a Client Bridge. The PCs connect to the Client Bridge with Ethernet cable. This set up allows PCs at the other end of the house to stream TV programs from the internet. Earlier, we tried connecting the PCs with USB wireless adapters. But the signal and data throughput from the USB adapters was variable and unreliable. This setup with two WR841s, in AP/Client Bridge configuration, is just about bullet proof. We are very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend the WR841. 5 |
