[48 W] ...After some trial and error, I discovered that there are Vesa mount holes AND four additional relocation holes for the battery plate to be moved up and horizontally. This allows use of a nicer (and more articulate) stand mount (such as the Impact ball-joint monitor mount) while still having the battery plate mounted. This configuration is fantastic.

Can power a BlackMagic Design Micro Cinema Camera, many monitors, or Canon DSLR cameras. Steps it down to proper 7V. Comes with 15mm clamp already built into v-mount plate for easy mounting.

[0.7 lb] This IDX V-Mount Battery Plate works perfectly for my Sony FS5. It has a very solid and professional feel to it and I love the AC cord it comes with that plugs right into the DC port on my camera. It is an awesome unit and does the job. A word of warning though. You probably better purchase now if you are needing this because the manufacturer's pricing will be going up soon. B&H has the best pricing in the world on this one.

[Gold Mount] The Core SWX Battery Plate fits the Sony FX9 like a glove. Fits tight with no play and regulates the voltage from the battery to the proper requirements of the camera, and the power light is located on the proper, operator side allowing you to quickly notice when your battery is nearing its end of a charge by turning from green, to a flashing red. This unit also fits with the camera factory battery attached allowing you to hot-swap to a new gold mount battery without having to shut down the camera operation. I bought the Camvate M4 9mm thumb screws to attach the plate to the camera. This allows a quick, tool-free means of removing the plate to access the camera oem battery. The extended length of the plate combined with a gold mount battery helps to comfortably balance the camera on your shoulder when shooting hand-held. The plate is also attached at a proper height to allow the camera with a gold mount battery to sit flat on the ground. This is a high quality product that I can fully recommend.
