[Zipper] I searched for and have used several different backpacks and this ALTA RISA 45 is the best I've owned. I was looking for a backpack that would fit my iPad Pro 12" and all my gear and that was less bulky than some. I don't hike with this backpack but rather travel through airports and personal travel. Pros: The design is slim and not clunky at all. The side reach-through is really nice. And I love the top compartment area as it holds a lot and can easily be accessed on a plane. You can also access the tablet from the top without having to lift the pack onto the plane seat. There's a small security pocket in the back that is handy for cash, passport, CCs and IDs. Plenty of storage space inside for my Sony ZV1, GoPros, Mics, cables, etc. The outside pocket is nice for expanding when I want to take my laptop and my tablet, which this will accomodate. Pockets everywhere which I also like. Cons: I don't care for the divider system in here. LowePro has this down and includes so many that I don't use all of them. But the Vanguard system isn't as intuitive. And I can't use my LowePro dividers with the Vanguard. The side tripod holder is decent but not the greatest. It's hard to get this right but I think it should accommodate a single monopod or tripod but the monopod doesn't fit that snug. And lastly there's not a lot of security like you see in the FlipSide or something like that. But the small rear pocket does the trick for my uses. Overall I'm extremely satisfied and will look at the Vanguard products when I need more in my kit. I wasn't paid for this and didn't receive this product in exchange for a review(but I'd like to learn how to get that deal!)

I purchased this for my Vanguard Alta Sky backpack. It is well made and adheres strongly to the inside of my pack. It is the perfect size to hold a 2-1/4 x 1 x 2-7/8 h battery container and my inhaler. I love that I know exactly where those items will be and the mesh top means most security people see what's in it without the need to open it up.

[Yes] I own a zillion bags, mostly from camera specialists such as Wandrd, Vanguard, ThinkTank and others. This isn't in that class, but I promise you, it's a handy and fun bag. It holds a 100-400 zoom with full frame mirrorless attached (a tight fit, but it DOES work), a 2x tele, and a macro lens. You can also add some lens wipes, personal items, and a sweater if you need one. And there is also a laptop sleeve. The bag is comfortable to wear and attractive to look at. It's a great bag for a local trip to the zoo, botanical garden or some easy portraiture. For longer trips, it's a very useful backup bag (Lizzie Peirce uses it that way) for quick day trips into town or street photography. Highly recommend it.

[Yes] I have a few photo backpacks--the F-Stop Loka UL, the Vanguard Veo Active 46 and now the Lowepro PhotoSport 24L. Each fulfills a different function, though I have used all for hiking with different kit. The PhotoSport is by far the most comfortable to wear and its flexibility for carrying the camera is outstanding. It is a bit small in the camera compartment, but perfect for those times that you want to only carry one camera and a couple of lenses. It is my go to for day hiking with basic gear and a few extraneous essentials.

[0.1 lb] When I couldn't find my release plate for my Vanguard 233AP tripod, I panicked! Especially when I realized my tripod is no longer available. My release plate from B&H fit my tripod and camera perfectly! Nice and snug, and easy to put on my camera. My fears were unfounded! The price was good too. My only issue is that it took so long to get it! Took over a week before it was delivered!

[0-2] I have a Vanguard and Benro tripod and unipod, but once I stepped into a beefier video camera, The E-Image Tripods caught my attention. WOW, this tripod is incredible. On top of that B&H customer, service is TOP notch. From now on B&H will be my source for all my Camera needs

[3] I recently purchased this because my tripod which is a Vanguard ALTA PRO 263AT ALUMINUM TRIPOD LEGS the center column was no longer working properly. I think this is much stronger pole than what my Vanguard Tripod could handle. But I liked what the Vanguard could do because it was all in one vs adding another attachment that is heavier. But this is much more stronger and heavy duty. It is great as a photography and and use for video with my DSLR or Mirrorless Nikon Z6 II camera. It's useful for showing off things on display on a table or showing artwork or shooting down. The quick release on this table is heavy duty with a safety pin used to take off the camera head. Going in making this purchase the camera head I was not expecting it to be heavy and have the safety pin to make it more secure to take on and off. personally I prefer a different tripod head but can see how this one can be useful.

[Zipper] I bought my Tamrac camera bag almost 50 years ago and have been looking for a replacement for the last year or more because I needed a larger bag. as my search progressed I realized one with wheels would serve me far better especially after my recent medical problems that left me having heart surgery and treatment on my lungs. I found the adds for the Vanguard Alta Fly 62T before these problems and I looked at all the reviews I could find and the only so-called negative remark I found was that it was to big to fit in the overhead luggage racks of some planes. No problem as I won't be getting on any planes. B&H had this camera bag as if memory serves me right I got the Tamrac bag those many years ago but I went to the hospital before I could order Vanguard Alta Fly 62T. So as soon as I was released I ordered the bag from B&H and they had my bag arriving in just a few days. It is massive! I love it and it holds everything I hoped it would and I have been pulling it with all my cameras and lenses around the house as I do my therapy and as soon as the 2 pound weight limit is lifted I will be happily walking around with my Vanguard Alta Fly 62T looking for picture opportunities. With its zippered mesh and safety straps I will never worry that I might accidently have a lens fall out. for me, this was a gift sent from Heaven on the wings of Vanguard. I thank B&H and Vanguard for making this great camera bag available for me. I love this bag!
