Video Cards For Pc

[0.025 lb] I have a fairly new notebook PC that does not have an SD card reader (many don't, nowadays). On Sunday's, I use it at church as part of our live-streaming setup, replacing an older PC (that did have an SD card reader) that experienced a hard drive failure. I also have the need to transfer the post-service files from our three video cameras onto the notebook PC, for further use and processing. The streamed full mix is also copied from an SSD attached to our Atem switcher, to an SD card for transfer to our local access cable station. (There are three of us involved in different parts of these efforts, so yes, that's just the way we do it :) In any event, I needed an SD card reader/writer to handle the above-mentioned tasks. The reviews seemed positive, so I chose this item. So far, this unit is doing the job very well, and with the SanDisk Extreme SD cards that we use, the transfers occur very quickly (far quicker than the built-in reader on the old PC). Build quality is excellent. I've only been using this for a few weeks now, so I can't comment on long-term reliability. Also, I don't use micro-SD cards, so I can't comment on those. However, overall, at this point I would recommend. The only negative I would mention has nothing to do with the actual product. Instead, my gripe is that some notebook PC makers are not including SD card readers, which many of us doing photo/video/media still need. Thus, this just makes another piece of equipment to be carried. :(

[Handheld Only] We use it for photo and some video. I think 10 CF cards is just right in terms of capacity vs bulkiness. Cards feel secure, material has a nice quality to it, low-tech and functional, clear covers are great for seeing your cards, handy strap included.

[A1] I used this memory card to expand the disk storage and is loaded with music. I installed it on my HP stream 7 and HP stream 11 which are both win 10 OS's. I'm able to utilize the full 128 GB which are completely full with .mp3 music and play perfectly. My only issue was I tried to load the memory cards first using my main PC running win 7 via an external USB disk drive and it continued to error out at about 5 minutes of transferring data (actually hung the system and had to completely shut down the PC). I had to install the memory cards into my HP streams first and than via the USB ports was able to successfully transfer all my data.

[Steam (Windows)] I initially was not even going to install this, but my buddy convinced me that I had spent enough on the video edit pc to enjoy it a little more than just work.. I kinda got hooked in the game and its pretty fun.. Nice 4k graphics..

[600 W] Really didn't want to buy a new video card; however I had to buy a new PC (or parts for) and decided to go ahead and bite the bullet and buy a new separate video card... my only regret, is why didn't I do this sooner... Don't put it off; go ahead and make that purchase... You will not regret it.
