Viewsonic 24 Inch Curved Monitor

[IPS-Type LCD] I upgraded my monitor from an old 24-Inch to this 32-Inch monitor and it made a huge difference in my home office setup. I've had other ViewSonic monitors and have loved them so I decided to go with a safe card again. ViewSonic never lets me down

[1 ms] Long story short: analysis paralysis. Wanted the Apple XDR, but refuse to spend the money on it as I no longer edit professionally. I wanted an ultrawide flat, and refused to evaluate curved monitors. I was an architectural photo/video pro in a past life, straight lines were critical. I caught a couple of good reviews about this monitor on YT, so I did some digging. I considered going with 2x 27s, but that would have been overkill. Then apple came out with the new 27 Pro Display and that would have priced me out. So I landed at this ViewSonic. You already know the screen space is massive. Where this monitor crushes is color fidelity and the other important features. It's dead quiet, its colorful, its customizable, it's got tons of i/o, it's lightweight, and it's been highly reliable. I have it connected to a 2018 MBP through eGPU (that sometimes gives me hell) but otherwise, this monitor connects with ease. If you are on the fence between this and ANY other curved equivalent, consider this monitor from ViewSonic. I was pleasantly surprised. I nearly bought the new LG ultrawide before acquiring this, and I have zero regrets. Is it perfect? No. But, sub $1500, this monitor is a pleasure to sit behind for long business days, and fun post-production projects on my weekends.

[Black] Mounted a VIOTEK GNV34DBE 34-Inch Curved Gaming Monitor to this VESA 75x75 , on a mobile sit stand desk, bolted through the work surface. Regained my desktop real-estate and I don't have to worry about the monitor falling off the back of the desk when I roll it about. Was looking for a simple, no need for a swinging arm, monitor stand, this works perfect.

[34"] I went from having two 27 inch curved monitor to this. I love the display. I switch between my work laptop and my PC so having the multiple ports was perfect. I haven't had any issues with it. Gaming on it is nice. Plenty of space to view multiple things or just take up all the space using full screen.

This monitor literally took the place kd 3 individual monitors and opened up so much desk space the sleek thin design takes minimal airspace above my desk making my office work station has eliminated my closed in, clostrophic feeling completely away and I have noticed my Administrative time has been more efficient. I increased my work speed by 15% allowing me to finish my paperwork muck quicker and more accurate closing reports. Just taking the closed in feeling away has changed my brain process while in the office. No sure I this is a good thing, but I enjoy working in my office now. The colors are so vibrant and with more pixels, create a very clear, crisp, and vibrant display when going over the CCTV coverage, the curved design has eliminated the glare from the office lights, and the long panoramic view can display the same programs as my three monitor display I converted from. Putting this bad boy next to my 21 inch monitors, they look so insignificant. The quality craftsmanship construction, you can feel that this is a monitor build to last. It's semi-light weight and ergonomically designed curve makes relocating the monitor hassle free and quick. There are plenty of ports on the back and control buttons are easy to use and sturdy...no buttons wiggle.

[16:9] I use this monitor as part of a two monitor combo (other monitor is a viewsonic 24 vertical monitor) and switch this monitor between a mac mini and an xBox series S. I routinely play Fortnite, Halo, and other games on the xBox and it is fantastic. There is no smudging at all, colors and contrast are crisp. This setup is amazing and its all I need. The xBox scales to all games I play and this monitor handles it nicely. I run it at 1080p (which is more than enough for these older eyes). It isn't meant for high-end 4K or 8K output - but for what it is - its a great product. Highly recommend. And B&H - as always, fantastic.

[Yes, Kensington] I bought this as an upgrade from my 24” Viewsonic monitor. Setup perfectly out of the box and used my HDMI cable from the older model. The thin bezel allowed the 27” to fit in the available space Very nicely. After being on for 24 hours I calibrated it with my Datacolor colorimeter and the result is excellent. Very simple calibration.
