[Not Compatible] The guy below posting a 1 star review because he doesnt understand the 30 inches is the minimum working height (as listed in the specs) needs to go back to grip school.  This is a great, rock solid, well made Gary Coleman (industry slang) c stand from Avenger. Unlike some of the cheaper brands this will last your whole career.

[150 mm/s] This is my first printer. Set up was simple and I was printing my first little white rabbit within 30 minutes. Leveling was a breeze manually adjusting first followed by auto level. This resulted in a good print. The touch interface is good enough. It isn't intuitive but it simple and easily learned.

[44.25 lb] We use these enlargers in our beginning and advanced black and white student photo labs. This is a workhorse of an enlarger. We are replacing our old ones (over 30 years old) with new ones because we expect them to last another 30 years or more. The old ones have stood up to constant student use (and abuse) and still function well. We will be using them for spare parts when these new ones start to need maintenance, 10 to 20 years from now. The fact that the design is almost identical and that all previous peripherals (negative carriers, lens boards, etc) work perfectly with the new machines makes the transition (and cost) that much easier to deal with. This is a great machine with virtually no faults.

[White] The boards came so well wrapped it was a suprise! There were 30 18x24 boards, off white without a bent corner or a scratch. It is very rare to receive that sort of thing that hasnt been through the war, so thanks B&H I would do it again.

[0.125 lb] I used a friends and decided I had to have my own. This was delivered today and I immediately took it out and did about 30 custom white balances with it and compared it wit an equal number of auto white balances. I can definitely see a difference. I think this is going to dramatically cut post production time. I am thoroughly pleased and look forward to using it even more.

[Plastic] Good, even lighting, white and bright. Suitable for photography with the wide beam.

[0.04 lb] For most people it's probably 1 job in 30 or 40 that you need a wide gear for a lens with a traveling element, but when one comes up, it's inevitably thrown at you without notice. I recently bought a single channel arri WFF w/ a cforce mini RF, so I immediately ordered this gear to keep in the case...just in case.
