[Cloth] I am using these as replacement speakers for my PC Z906 5.1 surround system, specifically for music from my turntable which is attached to my subwoofer/amplifier. I'm using another brand for my center speaker.

[ARC, CEC, eARC] Setup as 5.1 surround. The sound is incredible. I have multiple Sonos speakers throughout the house and once I added the Arc it feels like it's taken the sound experience to a whole other level. The Arc I setup in a large family room (20x40) and no matter where you sit the sound is outstanding. Highly recommend this product even though I had some early issues setting up. Sonos network was down the day I was installing, but once that was back up no issues.

[Passive 2-Way] Left and right channels of a 5.1 surround system. Works fantastic

[2-Way, on-wall] Used the ELAC Debut 2.0 OW4.2 on-wall speaker for my 5.1 surround setup. It came with small clips for wall mounting but I found it useless. Instead, I purchased proper wall mount speaker stands and they worked perfectly. The OW4.2 has two ports on the bottom of the cabinet so need to make sure the speaker stand does not block the ports. The speakers are well made and the perfect size for my room.

[Active 2-Way] I spent a long time looking into various 5.1 surround bass management solutions that would work with regular Windows audio as well as audio through a DAW for studio and game development use. There are various software solutions for each, but most would not give consistent results between Windows system and DAW audio. I started looking for either a bass management hardware unit (some add latency) or a surround controller with bass management (way more expensive than this sub), then came upon the few Genelec subwoofers which have built-in surround bass management. I only have a 5.1 surround system so I chose this sub, and am happy I did so. While the cost is higher than I would like, there aren't that many other subs that handle surround bass management, and it handles both bass management and LFE duties well. The manual is comprehensive, and there are little switches and a knob on the side that allow you to customize rolloff, boosts, power saving, 4 phases, and sensitivity. Noise floor is very low, and it pumps out enough oomph for my calibrated small home studio even with the largest rolloff as well as the lowest input sensitivity. I'm not using it to shake the house, but rather to hear the lowest frequencies correctly while mixing and listening to all kinds of stuff. It's also smaller than some other subs, and that's a plus for my room as well. I don't really have anything to complain about for this sub other than Genelec's pricing, but since there are few subs that handle surround bass management and I didn't find any cheaper than this, it is what it is. Great product.

[9.2] Excellent for my size room and coupled with the Klipsch 5.1.2 surround is a perfect match. Great sound watching TV and movies. Love the Dolby sound tracks. I love Jazz music (Bob James, Stanley Clark, George Duke, etc.) and it sounds incredible. Very happy I chose Klipsch and Pioneer Elite.

[Non-Diversity] I received my unit yesterday and began setting it up last night. The unit is powering my old AIWA surround speakers after that unit took a lightning hit and died. The setup was very straight forward, easy actually. The bluetooth connected very easily to my Samsung tablet. I attached the FM antenna today and the tuner sounds great. I knew this was not a processed surround sound unit so I ordered a Dolby 5.1 converter which will give me the 5.1 channel output to connect to this amp. I expect it to then be true surround sound. People mentioned the fan noise but I haven't heard anything like that. To me it is exactly what I was expecting.

[eARC] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sound 5.1 bar system is impressive. Mounting was easy, but I would recommend other dry wall anchors than what are provided. I pulled one loose when fitting the bar to the hanging brackets. That is the one and only complaint about this system! The bar itself has nice clear sound with an average amount of mid bass. The satellite speakers provide enough surround stage to my large bedroom. The sub is a very nice upgrade compared to most sound bars. The 10” provides enough bass to hear and feel it! The auto calibration is a nice addition since the satellites can be positioned anywhere you want, or mounted on the walls with the provided mounting equipment. The surround stage is very nice. Objects are heard clearly moving all around with nice detail. I highly recommend this 5.1 system in this package if you are shopping for sound bars.

[Full-Range] Surround speakers- are they worth it?: The surround speakers definitely add up the listening experience of any audio content. They are a must for a anybody who likes watching movies , a favorite tv show, sports events and so on… Quality: Materials: It is Bose, build quality is great. Audio wise: they sound crisp, but just not as loud as I would expect. Using the Bose app after pairing with soundbar 900 and bass 500, I had to increase surround speakers level to the max (100) so that I can hear them. Online forums recommend to re-run the adaptiq calibration but this time covering both of the surround speakers with a rag or something in order to force a level up on the speakers. It is a tweak, I’ll do that later once my neighbors are not around (I live in an apartment and this test is quite noisy). Cost: Nobody can deny that 600$ for these is a lot of money. Specially when looking around at the competition. I got them with 200 discount new. I would say this should be a fair amount - but still pricy. Cons: Beside the retail price (600$), the ground post and ceiling pivots ( accessories sold separately) are expensive and there are not many options/brands to choose from, unlike the competitors once again. Bose is making it harder to justify getting their systems because of the price. The wireless receiver module is huge, probably like 2.5x the size of the speaker itself. You’ll have to find a way of hiding that thing somewhere. I don’t think that these speakers/the Bose system convert 2.0 content to 5.1. Whenever there is 2.0 audio, the speakers sound with a very low volume (to be solved with the tweak). 5.1&DobyAtmos are perfect Overall: Surround speakers are a must. These ones sounds great. After the tweak mentioned they will sound as loud as needed. I love the design, quality build and how sleek and minimalist they look. They are on the expensive side of the balance. I don’t think they are worth paying the retail full price but after a discount they are okay
