I have been working in the telecommunications industry for 27 years and I can say this is my favorite. At each job I have had over the years I have always brought my own headset with me since most businesses do not provide StarSets. My older StarSet had a heavier connect cord and was always in the way, this model has a lighter cord and it doesn't kink up like the last one I had. I would recommend this model to anyone who spends a lot of time on calls. This is the next best thing to being cordless. 5 |

[Black] We use these headsets in our Member Call Center. It allows for a hands free environment so that you can move about the office while still assisting a caller. The multiple headsets option is a plus for those who like over the ear or headset.The sound quality is superb!
