Wireless Home Security Alarm System

[3.0 V] Those and the Duracell batteries are the only one you can use in sensitive wireless alarm system sensors. Worth paying extra rather than dealing with false alarms.

[5 VAC, 1.5 A] We use this for a driveway alarm. We ordered the Optex Wireless 2000 Annunciator System and the first one, did not work out of the box, which was unfortunate. But the exchange process with B&H was extremely easy and conducted with the utmost professionalism. The 2nd system arrived and worked just fine. We replaced an older drive way alarm, that was obnoxious with respect to the alarm sound. We like the tone of this one and there are multiple sound levels, which is nice. We can increase the volume, if we are downstairs and turn it back down when upstairs.

[5 VDC at 1.2 A] Needed for home security system, so far it works well for a reasonable price.

[Plywood] First of all is security, I use this case with digital lock. Second one is protection of my Wireless System. This case is born to do that. And Last one is I never loose small things like batteries or something else. This case is perfect for them.

[140°] I bought this security system to install during my home remodeling project, it is going to take several months to complete this process and so I have not been able to use my system yet, but I bought lorex because I have been happy with their quality in the past, the technology that they use today, and all that I have read about these systems, and I am looking forward to powering up my new security system as soon as I can, thank you very much for your interest in my satisfaction, I know I am going to love it once I get everything done, I am also pairing my system with alexa to keep my home safe.

[Aluminum] This was one of two cameras I purchased recently for a security system I installed on my home. It covers a side of my house where a boat and camper are stored. Installation was straightforward, mounted under the eaves of my roof, although it took me a minute to interpret the Ikea-like instructions for removing the cover when adjusting and installing. His-Vision had a digital video on their website that was helpful with that. Daytime picture quality is terrific. Nighttime is good, although this type of camera uses infrared, so the image is black and white. I have not fully mastered setting parameters for notifications, thanks to ADHD. Someday . . .

It was very esatly to install, just hooked up the network from my 4 port router to port 8 of the switch, and attached my 4 cameras to the 4 ports that supply PoE and off I went!! It has a total of 8 ports, however 1 port must be used to supply the network to the unit, then there are 4 with PoE capability and that leaves 3 regular ethernet ports. Nice switch for the price. So far I havent found any fault with this item.

[22 TB] Replaced a home camera security system that’s been running continuously since 2014. The hard drive in that system was a western digital purple drive. Unquestionable reliability is the reason another WD Purple drive was purchased for the new system.
