This is my second CM311 MiniXLR. I have the AKG Transmitter and Receiver for this microphone and I have had my old one for four years and just bought this new one this month. I sent my old one into AKG to have them go through it and it has taken a lot of road abuse. I baby these microphones and it has to be in your DNA if you want them to last. They are the best mic sound wise but they can be fragile unlike an SM58 that you can drop. I wouldn't recommend that with this mic. I have special cases made out of foam to house them in my rack drawers in my bass rack. But you will never find a headset mic that sounds as good as this mic. I would recommend it every time!! You just have to take good care of it.

[48 V] I use this mic with an ATW-T1801 transmitter and an ATW-1801 receiver as one wireless system for video recording. The primary events are weddings and corporate events. The mic is a little bigger than I would prefer, and it is bigger than the mic that came with another ATW-1801 system that I have. But, overall, it does the job that I need done.

[0.19 lb] This cable is the exact match for my needs. It is being used for the connection between our microphone receiver and the FM transmitter at our church. The connections are secure and the cable material appears it will last for the long run. The only regret is that I did not purchase this audio cable a year ago!

[Clear / Yellow] Needed a hard case to hold my Rode Wireless Go 2 lavs/receiver/transmitter. Almost sat on them in the soft case that comes with the Rode. This case can hold everything.

[0.645 lb] I use the wireless remote for my 7D on a tripod. The receiver is secured nicely to the flash shoe. The remote transmitter on a lanyard (to which I affixed a small carabiner) hooked to a belt loop is kept available for when focusing and framing is done. It works flawlessly. Great purchase at great price.
