[Black] I’m putting 2 Yamaha DBR 10s in two of these cases and just a heads up ... the way they’re zippered ... they double up as a speaker cover while the speakers are still on the stands! 5 |

[131 dB SPL] Best speaker cover on the market In my opinion. It's worth the money. Fits Yamaha speaker to the T. If you are buying it for another speaker match it up to the Yamaha speaker measurements. 5 |

[120 VAC, 60 Hz] This is a GREAT value. I like the classic Yamaha styling and construction. The A-S801 has a good amount of power, sounds very accurate, smooth, listenable. I put together a modestly priced system with Elac Unifi UF5 speakers and a Cambridge CXC, and also coupled it to my TV. The Yamaha's DAC is excellent! New buyers should beware the standby switch on the back which is on by default - IMO you will want to put that in the OFF position right up front. Also, it should go without saying, use the Pure Direct button to go beyond MidFi sound. One quibble is regarding the speaker binding posts. While I appreciate that they're gold-plated, I would have much preferred if a) they would take spades (I ended up getting Audioquest banana-plug speaker cables, a good match for this grade equipment) and b) if the binding posts were mounted more securely - they move around and one thinks something is going to break plugging in the speaker cables! On the design front, my biggest wish for improvement would be to have more digital inputs. It does have independent digital optical, digital coax and USB, but the USB is limited in requiring a Yamaha software driver for Windows or Mac, and not available for Linux, so not compatible with, for example, a Bryston BDP-Pi digital music server. I would expect the next generation digital integrated amps will have multiple digital optical and multiple digital coax. If you're tempted to get something in this price range, go for it - this is a great cornerstone for a truly enjoyable audio system. It will do the most important thing: make you want to listen to a lot more music! 5 |

[Plastic] I bought this speaker cover to protect my speakers. I watched this product demonstration on youtube by Yamaha before I ordered this product. They deeply designed this product based on functionality, appearance, durability. I love it. 5 |

[Bass-Reflex] I was a skeptic before purchasing the NS-555 since they are a bass reflex speaker.I prefer acoustic suspension spkrs BUT, the Yamies are not boombing bass, very strong solid bass responce and very good mid and high range. I'm using a Yamaha HTR-5860 AV receiver,YST-215 sub woofer and NS-C444 center speaker. Using two Sony spkrs for rear but will replace them with the Yamaha NS-333. I find the complete Yamaha system i have sounds great and i get many compliments on the suround sound!! Yamaha speakers truely brings sounds to life ! I'm a YAMIE !!!!! 5 |

[31.1 lb] Hook this up to a pair of Yamaha 777 speaker ($ cheap). Use bi wiring with low impedance setting on amp. Spin vinyl in pure direct mode. May get a Yamaha subwoofer to match piano black finish. 5 |

[Polypropylene] I got these to replace some Yamaha NS-AW350's outside. I got some great help from Polk tech support who answered by questions pre buy. The Atrium 6 met my needs and budget. The sound is much clearer, and the biggest improvement has been in the bass the Polk's provide over my previous speakers. These are outside wall mounted under the roof overhang for a 20x20 deck and are hooked up to a basic 100 per channel receiver. So far highs to lows sound good for a speaker this size. I looked a few other speakers in stores and online, but I found these at a great price and they were the best bang for the buck. Installation was easy, 2 screws per bracket and snap the speaker in place basically. The sound is easily heard over the whole deck. I look forward to enjoying these for a long time. 5 |
